    *To comply with Australian Laws, our e-bikes come limited to a max. speed of 25km/hour and a corresponding power outage of 250W. The speed and power outage can be unlocked up to 45km/hour and 500W, respectively, for use on private property. E-bikes come exclusively with pedal-assistance. Thumb throttle kit, which plugs straight into the existing controller, is included in the box for optional use on private property.

    Introducing the mainie, our first model of electric push bike. Engineered for versatility, we’ve designed an all-terrain electric bike that adapts effortlessly to any landscape. Hook along the beach, conquer trails in the bush, and navigate the city streets - the mainie excels in every environment. Equipped with both pedal-assist and thumb throttle capabilities, riders have the freedom to choose their preferred mode of propulsion.

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    For orders over $100 (including e-bikes), we offer a complimentary delivery service between Byron Bay, Gold Coast & Brisbane areas. (100km radius of Currumbin Waters).

    For orders under $100, there is a $10 Flat Rate Delivery Fee (Australia Wide).

    $150 FLAT RATE DELIVERY FEE FOR E-BIKE DELIVERY TO VIC, ACT, & OTHER AREAS OF NSW & QLD

    Please remember we cannot deliver large items (like e-bikes) to Parcel Lockers or P.O Boxes. Smaller accessory items can be delivered via these methods. A signature will be required on delivery. If you miss the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

    For e-bike delivery to TAS, SA, WA, NT and remote areas across the country, please contact us so we can source the most affordable delivery fee for you. It could be a little pricey, so we’ll go halves with you!

    WARRANTY & RETURNS

    Our Warranty applies to all of our products Australia wide.

    WARRANTY PERIODS
    From the date of purchase:

    2 Years on all Main Bike Co. E-Bikes.
    1 Year on all Samsung Lithium-Ion Batteries.
    3 Months on Parts & Accessories.

    14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
    We want our customers to be stoked with their purchases, so if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or manufacturing of your product, or you've simply had a change of mind, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Hassle-free.

    To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you will be required to provide a proof of purchase and your item must be in its new, un-used, and original condition and packaging.

    Exchanges or refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the product, as named on the receipt.
