WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Main Bike Co. for your new e-bike. We appreciate your business and want you to know that your satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do here.

If you have a made a purchase with us and would like to make a Warranty claim, please contact us so we can assist you ASAP.
ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
To satisfy eligibility requirements for a warranty claim, you must:
- Be the original purchaser as named on the receipt of purchase, and
- Submit your claim within the valid warranty period from the date of purchase as outlined below.
WARRANTY PERIODS
Main Bike Co. Electric Bikes.
- 2 years on all Main Bike Co. Electric Bikes.
- 1 year on all Samsung Cell Lithium-Ion batteries.
Accessories & Parts
- 3 months on all Accessories & Parts.
BATTERIES
Our Samsung cell lithium-ion batteries are warranted for a one year period from the date of original purchase.
- The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, water damage, or any wrongful charging practices (i.e., overcharging, using an incompatible charger or using any charger not recommended by us or the manufacturer).
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
- Manufacturer faults, defects and/or failure.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be excluded or limited by us. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major factory fault, defect or failure. You are also entitled to have the Product(s) repaired or replaced if the Product(s) fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Claims for damage(s), repair(s) or failure(s) due to the following:
- Incorrect installation or assembly as a result of not following the instructions in the Owner’s Manual.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Exposure to water or natural events (including floods, fires, and storms).
- Mishandling by third-parties during freight or transport.
- Lack of regular maintenance or servicing.
- Use of unauthorised parts or accessories and/or alterations or modifications of the e-bike of any kind.
- Services, repairs, or fitment undertaken by an unauthorised person or business.
- Items subject to wear and tear.
We want to emphasise that modifying the e-bike with any unauthorised parts (that is, parts not sold by us nor recommended by the manufacturer), in any way, will immediately void the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are not be responsible for any problems arising from such modifications, on components such as but not limited to the motor, battery, controller, and braking systems. Some modifications can pose serious safety and fire risks. If you are going to make changes to your e-bike, make sure you're getting the work done by someone who knows what they're doing.
14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be stoked with their purchases, so if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or manufacturing of your product, or you've simply had a change of mind, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Hassle-free. No questions asked.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you will be required to provide a proof of purchase and your item must be in its new, un-used, and original condition.
Exchanges or refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the product, as named on the receipt.
